Project Manager - Biocarbon Business

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple biocarbon projects aligned with pilot programs and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including project MIS and status reports.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and engage potential clients in target markets.
• Prepare and deliver pitch decks, client proposals, and presentations.
• Support business growth by contributing insights from projects to sales and strategy.

Project & Proposal Documentation

• Draft project proposals, cost estimates, and execution plans.
• Ensure documentation aligns with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Market Analysis

• Conduct ongoing research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Provide insights to refine sales, project, and operational strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams across New Market Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, and Marketing.
• Ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects across departments.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on project status, sales pipeline, and market insights.
• Track project outcomes, lessons learned, and actionable improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Hands-on experience in project management and use of project management tools.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client engagement in B2B or energy-related sectors is desirable.
