Designation: Project Manager Looking for a well-experienced Manager in Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance. Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Well versed with planning tools and software. Hands-on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software. Review drawings, planning, and tracking day-to-day interior & furnishing works of contractors. Advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination. Handle multiple projects at a time. Knowledge of BOQ. Monitor other project in-charges. Delegate work to the Project in-charges. Monitor installation and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items. Monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site. Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget. Desired Skills And Expertise BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ MBA in project management is a must. This position requires detail orientation, a process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A project management professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the office interior fit-out industry. Relevant experience of managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
