Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including Product, Technology, Implementations, Business, and Senior Management.

Support the scheduling and organization of project meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.

Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports, including timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in preparing materials for updates and presentations to stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies with the Senior Program Manager.

Monitor project progress and report any deviations or challenges promptly.

Job

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.

Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience.

Experienced in client implementations/conversions.

Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring projects to successful delivery.

Prior experience working with offshore and onshore teams.
