About the Role

We are looking for a strong, experienced Project Manager (10+ years) with a technical background and Scrum Master expertise to lead Salesforce delivery activities — covering both BAU and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage technical delivery for Salesforce initiatives.
Lead teams (Salesforce, Product Owners, cross‑functional groups) to deliver against timelines and expectations.
Create overall project plans and schedules, define resource needs, and track dependencies.
Maintain risk logs, highlight issues, and provide updates in leadership meetings.
Act as Scrum Master: run scrums, JAD sessions, refinements, sprint planning, and drive sprint completion.
Coordinate assignments, resolve blockers, and manage priorities.
Facilitate project meetings, publish minutes, track action items to closure.
Provide regular project status updates to leadership.

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience with a technical background.
Strong expertise in Salesforce delivery.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust.
Strong thought leadership and end‑to‑end delivery focus.
