Project Managers

You will manage the entire project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to delivery and client communication—ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely execution, and operational excellence across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of AI data-labeling and model-training projects for international clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and progress updates.

• Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, and allocate resources efficiently.

• Coordinate work across remote teams and partner organizations in multiple time zones.

• Track project metrics, ensure quality control, and proactively address risks or issues.

• Prepare periodic project reports and communicate outcomes to internal and client stakeholders.

• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in

  project or program management

  , ideally within AI, data labeling, technology services, or global operations.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working with

  remote, multicultural teams

  .

• Familiarity with AI data workflows (annotation tools, labeling pipelines, or ML operations) is an advantage.

• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred but not mandatory.
