Job Description Role : Engineer | R&D Project management Location : AhmP / Sanand Basic Education Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Automobile, Industrial etc) from Reputed Institute Preferred / Additional / Desirable Education : PG in Project Management or certification No. of Years of Experience : 03 to 06 Years Role Description : Project management and Process management: Lead and drive global R&D engineering projects for the serial product development. Plan project resources and timeline as per the project agreement. Conduct project quality gate meetings with project team and steering committee. Execution, monitoring, reporting and escalation to achieve project objectives (quality, cost, time). Collaborate with global cross-functions at international locations to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure adherence to product development processes and documentation standards. Support process management and user administration topics within R&D area. Qualifications Must - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Automobile, Industrial etc from Reputed Institute Preferred / Additional / Desirable Education : PG in Project Management or certification Additional information Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like: Must Have Minimum 02 years of experience in engineering project management. Good English communication [like Outlook (proficient email writing)] and collaborative Cross functional work experience like engineering, manufacturing and quality dept. etc Proficient in project planning, execution and monitoring, with a keen eye for detail and cost management. Knowledge of product development process and documentation standards. Experience of conducting Quality Gate Meetings. Proficient MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Should Have to Advantage With Experience or knowledge of hydraulic products. Knowledge of industrial hydraulic valve manufacturing process.
