Project Manager 1

As a Project Manager in the design, print, or production art industry, your role involves consulting with On-Site Personnel and Clients during artwork development and pre-press execution. You will run or attend pre-production meetings as requested by On-Site Personnel/Sales or Clients for high complexity projects. Managing key accounts and maintaining relationships with Clients and stakeholders are crucial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Responding promptly to Clients and addressing artwork issues with Clients and stakeholders - Documenting critical information that may impact quality - Participating in process improvement efforts and production meetings - Verifying technical data correctness and managing project timelines - Communicating received and shipped art to On-Site Personnel/Sales and updating Clients database - Understanding Clients" processes and communicating issues to Management - Ensuring complete and concise order entry for production - Creating and updating price matrices based on client needs - Providing training and guidance to junior Project Managers Qualification Required: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with some College/Associates Degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in the design, print, or production art industry - Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos - Proofreading skills and ability to work independently This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvement efforts, manage key accounts, and foster positive creative impact on the business.
