Project Manager 1

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for consulting with On-Site Personnel and Clients during artwork development and pre-press execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Running and/or attending pre-production meetings as requested by On-Site Personnel/Sales or Clients for high complexity projects - Managing key accounts and maintaining relationships with Clients, internal, and external stakeholders - Communicating artwork issues with Clients and stakeholders - Documenting critical information that may impact quality - Participating in process improvement efforts and production meetings - Managing project timelines and multiple projects simultaneously - Verifying technical data correctness and managing art shipment details - Understanding and communicating the Clients" process and issues to Management - Ensuring accurate order entry and updating price matrices based on client needs - Providing training and guidance to junior Project Managers when required Qualifications required for this position are: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Some College/Associates Degree preferred - 3+ years of experience in the design, print, or production art industry - Proficiency in reading work instructions and business memos - Proofreading skills and the ability to work independently Additionally, the role may involve creating and updating price matrices based on client needs.,
