You will be joining GP Strategies Corporation, a prominent talent transformation provider known for delivering award-winning learning and development solutions to over 6,000 organizations worldwide. As a Project Manager within the Microsoft MCAPSS Academy Pathway to Learning Experiences (MAPLES) team, your primary focus will be to support stakeholders and internal learning partners in creating and publishing online training for Microsoft employees. Your role will require excellent communication skills to effectively advise and collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects independently and adapting to dynamic and ambiguous environments. By working closely with a talented and ambitious team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational support for employee Learning and Development programs, driving organizational efficiencies, and improving learner experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: Initial Intake & Assessment: - Responding to incoming requests from MCAPS stakeholders and assessing their complexity. - Providing consultative guidance on content development processes and compliance. - Coordinating project assignments and ensuring the project team's optimal performance. Content Development & Review: - Assisting stakeholders in developing compliant and learner-centric content. - Reviewing existing presentations and online training materials for quality and accessibility. - Using authoring tools to create consumable online training materials. Process Management: - Collaborating with Employee Skilling Publishing Operations on publishing requirements. - Tracking the progress of training requests and communicating updates to stakeholders. - Contributing to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaboration & Communication: - Maintaining professional interactions with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication. - Fostering cross-functional team collaboration for successful employee skilling initiatives. - Providing project status updates through proper channels and participating in program meetings. Team Support: - Contributing to associated workstreams as required by the sponsor. - Developing shared resources such as process mapping documents and templates. - Taking ownership of task assignments and supporting team cohesion for successful outcomes. Qualifications required for this role include: Project Management: - Strong project management skills with a process-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong organizational skills. Communication: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Technical Proficiency: - Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office 365 applications. - Familiarity with compliance standards for developing online training. Collaboration: - Team player mindset with adaptability to work with diverse stakeholders. - Positive attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to learn and receive feedback. Learning and Development: - Previous experience in Learning and Development. - Knowledge of training modalities and learning management systems. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft experience, PMP certification, instructional design experience, and proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Experience Manager.
