Project Management Specialist

As a Project Planner, your responsibilities will include: - Formulating and developing strategic project plans that incorporate goals, objectives, and key deliverables to guide project execution. You will prepare comprehensive planning documents detailing timelines, resource requirements, and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project strategy and organizational objectives. - Continuously monitoring and evaluating project progress, integrating timely schedule adjustments to reflect changes in project scope, resource availability, or unforeseen delays. You will review and analyze S-Curves on a regular basis and highlight deviations from the baseline plan for escalations. - Managing and optimizing planning resources, including personnel, software tools, and data, to support the effective execution of planning activities. You will ensure that all planning tools are utilized efficiently, addressing any gaps or inefficiencies to enhance productivity. - Developing, establishing, and implementing standardized planning procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness in project planning activities. You will promote best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and minimize delays, supporting business excellence and digital transformation initiatives. - Conducting comprehensive analysis of project plans to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement using advanced planning techniques. You will make data-driven adjustments to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of project plans and prepare reports on project progress and deviations from the baseline plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of safety standards followed at the site with site visits as and when required. Qualifications: - BE / B Tech with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. - Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is value added.
