Job Description

As a member of the Consult Team, Medtronic's internal master service provider, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end contingent labor process globally. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve operational tickets quickly to ensure workflows stay on track. - Advise on policies, processes, and best practices, identifying areas for improvement. - Troubleshoot invoicing and API transfer issues between the VMS (VNDLY) and Medtronic systems. - Collaborate with the VMS Customer Success Team to optimize configurations and request enhancements. - Analyze data trends to generate actionable insights for stakeholders. - Support program integration during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. - Lead projects to expand program reach and service offerings on a global scale. - Serve as a program expert on enterprise-wide initiatives. - Maintain SOPs, training materials, and program documentation. - Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage key projects. - Oversee project execution, budgets, schedules, and status reporting. - Resolve project challenges to meet quality, productivity, and satisfaction goals. - Develop tools to track progress and ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications Required: Must Have: - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Nice to Have: - Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in the job area typically obtained through advanced education and experience. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with VMS (vendor management systems) such as VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc. - Project management experience. - Contingent staffing experience. - Moderate Excel knowledge.
