Job Summary

MIT Academy is looking for a Project Management Professional to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor projects from start to completion
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Track project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets
• Support continuous process improvement and project optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience
• PMP certification or project management training is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in education, training, or academic institutions
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹427,149.61 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
