Project management professional

As an experienced Project Management Professional, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, complex technical solutions, particularly within Voice, Contact Center, and Collaboration technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, and Microsoft. Your role will involve owning the technical solution delivery process from scoping to handover based on the Statement of Work (SoW). You will lead multi-team collaboration both internally and externally, guiding them through the design, test, and implementation phases. Managing senior stakeholders, suppliers, governance, risk, and change control will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to ensure that the delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with the business needs. Furthermore, driving continuous improvement, operational readiness, managing escalations, RAG status, and conducting lessons learned reviews will be crucial aspects of your role.
