Job Description

As an experienced Project Management Professional, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, complex technical solutions, with a focus on Voice, Contact Center, and Collaboration technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, and Microsoft. Your key responsibilities will include owning the technical solution delivery process, leading multi-team collaboration, managing senior stakeholders, suppliers, governance, risk, and change control, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery that meets business needs, driving continuous improvement and operational readiness, as well as managing escalations, RAG status, and lessons learned reviews. To excel in this role, you should possess deep expertise in collaboration/contact center technologies, including Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, and Microsoft both on-prem and in the cloud. Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE Voice are preferred, along with project management certifications like PMP or Prince2. Hands-on experience in solution design coupled with commercial acumen, strong planning abilities, effective stakeholder management skills, and proficient problem-solving capabilities are essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability to work across different time zones and with matrixed teams to ensure successful project outcomes.,
