Project Management Officer

As a S/4 Project Manager - Business Transformation at McCain Foods, you will play a pivotal role in leading key initiatives within the SAP S/4 HANA business transformation program. Your responsibilities will involve leveraging your knowledge and capabilities in business, process, technology, and people transformation to ensure the successful execution of the program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, manage & govern the legacy/boundary systems N+1 environments landscape to ensure timely readiness - Partner with the integration team to plan & set up integrations between S/4 & legacy/boundary systems - Lead application impact analysis on legacy/boundary systems due to SAP's digital transformation from ECC to S/4 HANA - Drive application/code remediation work on legacy/boundary systems in alignment with the S/4 HANA remediation schedule - Collaborate with stakeholders to plan & execute technical & functional unit testing - Own the planning, execution, and governance of legacy/boundary systems cutover activities - Structure progress reports & status dashboards - Manage the project team effectively to support successful program delivery - Develop best practices and repeatable processes for all phases of the business transformation - Track project progress and dependencies using project management methodologies - Ensure proper communication and change management processes are in place for all major initiatives - Manage stakeholder relationships and drive effective escalation & resolution of risks and issues **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP implementations with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations - Proven experience as a legacy/boundary systems project manager in a global SAP S/4 HANA Implementation - PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager certification, and familiarity with Agile methodologies highly desirable - Hands-on experience with Jira tool highly desirable - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies a plus,
