Job Description

Were looking for a proactive and organized PMO to join our team for a fast-paced interior fit-out project. If you have a background in interior execution, facility management, or administration and thrive in managing coordination and timelines, wed love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution

Raise purchase requisitions (PR) and follow up for timely approvals

Liaise with the procurement team to ensure on-time deliveries

Share daily project updates with the Project Manager

Maintain and manage MIS reports and documentation

Proficient in MS Office tools Excel, Word, and Outlook

Follow up on tasks and track team progress to ensure deadlines are met

Candidate Profile:

Background in interior fit-out, administration, or facility management projects

Strong communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented with excellent reporting/documentation skills

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Qualification: Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
