Project Management Officer, Global Wealth Management

Role Overview: As an experienced PMO at UBS, you will be responsible for project planning and delivery. Your role will involve managing projects, identifying and managing risks and issues, as well as effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategic projects across GWM Americas, aligning with operations and business priorities - Drive delivery of complex strategic and operations change projects by establishing efficient and effective project management capabilities - Utilize proven PMO standards, processes, and tools to initiate, plan, track, monitor, and report on projects - Work closely with stakeholders on Project/Program Plans, Project readiness reports, Quality control plan, Risk Mitigation Plan - Proficient in tools such as MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint - Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks, ability to multitask - Track financials, risks, and issues - Support the business planning process Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management role, preferably in a banking, financial services, or consultancy environment - Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree is an asset - Strong analytical skills, data-driven professional - Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project) - Any project management certification, including Agile certifications, is a value - Ability to build and maintain cross-functional and team relationships - Willingness to work in EMEA or US shifts About UBS: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
