Job Role:
Project management & strategic planning in Electrical-electronics area. Work Experience (Year)- 6~10 Years Responsibility:
§ Project management in electrical electronics area § Good knowledge of electrical & electronics system & parts functioning. § Developing strategic plan for product ideation. § Conducting Design reviews, Gate reviews § Management reviews for divisional activities (Manpower, Cost, Manhour, Quality, Model, Budget, benchmarking) § Measure project performance using appropriate system tools. § Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. § Experience in large data handling & analysis. § Software process management § Regular project monitoring & addressing outcome. § Testing vehicle management § Identify areas of improvement to improve work efficiency through Automation. § Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills. Competencies:
§ Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones. § Communication:
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and partners § Self-motivated, Flexible, Team player, Taking Ownership § Executive summary to Sr. Management § Soft skills for general Conflict Resolution § Efficiency improvement tools Know driving Educational Qualification:
B.E/B. Tech Mechanical with min. 60% marks
