Educational Qualification-
Essential:
- B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science with Minimum 70 % marks
Desirable:
- M.E / M. Tech in Control Systems / Power Electronics / Mechatronics and project work related to Automotive Wireless Communication Technology, Antenna Design & Vehicle Access System.
Responsibility-
System Design & Development:
- Automotive Wireless Communication Technology
- Antenna Design & development
- System Requirement Specification Development for Short & long range wireless communication
- Automotive body domain functions design & development
- ISO 26262 ASIL compliance for all safety related body-domain functions
- Understanding of functions like Gateway, OTA, Digital Key etc.
- Functional safety and Cybersecurity adaptation
- Logical and Physical Architecture Development
- Know-how of different types of E/E Platform (Distributed, Domain, Zone etc.)
Hardware Design & Development:
- Hardware Interface Circuit (Vehicle side) and create requirement for ECU side I/F.
- FMEA (System FMEA, Connector FMEA, Design FMEA) & DRBFM
- Understanding of Design Guidelines & Standards for 2D & 3D making.
- Knowledge of design software such as Unigraphics & Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of BOM management and Sourcing systems: SAP Ariba, MS Office/Outlook etc.
- Micro-controller/Micro-processor architecture
- Micro-controller hardware I/O configuration
- Knowledge of multi-core platforms and Hypervisor, ICs, FPGA etc. and electronics child part selection along with technology partners.
Technical/ Functional-
- Requirement Development and Management:
- System Requirement Specification Development and Management
- Vehicle Benchmarking System, Hardware, Software Development: Part and Model development lifecycle. Good understanding of Wireless Communication functions & Body Control domain and features.
Testing:
- Verification & Testing in the Vehicle, Range localization & positioning
- Prepare vehicle test checklist and test report.
- Hardware Issue debugging
- Reliability test specification, EMI/EMC test specification and standards (ISO/JASO/CISPR etc.)
- Compare and corelate the reliability test specification (request) vs actual part level reliability test report.
Tools:
- Usage of various testing tools/equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, CRO, Multimeter, Voltage/Current probe etc.)
- ECU testing, excellent electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills
- Analysis tools Vector CANoe, CANalyzer
Standards:
- Working knowledge of UNECE regulation and AIS standards &NFAP, WPC, etc. for wireless communication
- Working knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO-26262 standards, Cyber Security and Software Update standards
- Working knowledge of UNECE regulation and AIS standards in Body Electrical domain
Language-
- Knowledge of Japanese language (N4/N5) would be an additive advantage.
