Project Management Intern

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager 0–2 years of experience to oversee and coordinate multiple software development projects. You’ll manage agile workflows, foster team collaboration, and ensure successful project deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple simultaneous web and mobile app development projects.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage task assignments, sprints, and project timelines using Jira.
• Maintain clear, detailed project documentation using Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, resolving blockers promptly.
• Ensure projects align with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Regularly communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and accountability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 0–2 years experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software/web/mobile development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking.
• Experience with Office 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with software development technologies (React, Flutter, Laravel, Node.js).
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an agency or development studio.
• Experience using collaboration tools .
