Project Management Intern

Founded in 2019 and backed by marquee investors, we are seeking thinkers, innovators, and doers to join our team in Pune, India, and shape the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutions. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with consultants, customers, contractors, and site team. - Handle technical liaison and compliance. - Execute daily stand-ups across all ops functions. - Manage issue management as an Admin. - Organize and lead internal and external team members to meet project schedules and budgets. - Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project scope, schedule, and defined budgets are maintained. - Capture requirements and create use cases, functional and non-functional requirements for flawless project execution. - Manage project documentation. - Develop and maintain project performance databases tracking progress and specific milestones. - Keep project plans up to date related to project deliverables. **Requirements:** - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Good negotiation skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Knowledge and experience in robotics, new software product development, engineering, and supply chain logistics. - Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word. **Good To Have:** - Proficiency in PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira. **Eligible Candidates:** - Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree or post-graduation (engineering background). - Work Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the relevant field. **We Value:** - Constant learner aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert. - Proven track record in a startup environment with innovation. - Exposure to a high-paced working environment. - Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment. *Note: The salary range is competitive.* *Work Location:* Pune *Work Mode:* In Campus,
