We're currently hiring for an active open position below, please find the Job Description,

Job-Title: Project Management-Engineering

Preferrable Domain: Automotive & Manufacturing [as Mandatory] from Vehicle domain.

• Lead the life cycle of assigned EV projects from Specification fix to Start of Production (SOP)
• Oversee and guide Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to achieve project deliverables within budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
• Creation of Management reports to report project status
• Proactively identify and develop solutions to project challenges. Timely escalate critical issues to senior management for decision-making.
• Manage and maintain all project documentation, including Spec book, Product profile list, drawing release reports, and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate effectively with System Owners and Stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and successful implementation.
• Handling weight management
• Create RD Timeline, Budget consolidation &
• Making PPL (Product profile list). Create drawing release request to designers and track release status.
• ICM Management: Manage ICM Pre-discussion, Clarify the purpose of change request and make direction for RD.

Qualifications

• B.E or equivalent with min 3 years experience in project management & its methodologies
• Good knowledge in entire vehicle management (Electric Vehicle knowledge will be added advantage)
• Knowledge on Vehicle development process
• BOM operation: Any PLM knowledge & understanding of EBOM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT for presentations and Excel for data analysis)
• Proficient in communication (Japanese will be added advantage)
• Time management and reporting
• High intercultural sensitivity and flexibility
• Smooth interaction with internal and external stake holders for accomplishments
• Knowledge in UG NX, SMARAG Will be added advantage.
