Role & responsibilities • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to handover. Prepare and track project schedules (MS Project or equivalent). Coordinate with internal teams design, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams. Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Conduct project reviews, escalations and timely solutions to stucks for ensuring smooth execution of project Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality adherence. Prepare project documentation MOMs, DAPs, approvals, progress reports, and closure reports. Support installation & commissioning activities as required (limited travel involved). Report project progress to management and customer on a regular basis. ISO Documentation Preferred candidate profile • 48 years of proven experience in project management within: PCB Plating / Electroplating plants Paint shop / Chemical plants o Automation / Process equipment industry • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, execution, and handover. Hands-on experience with SAP PS module for project control. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite. Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interaction. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk management skills. Preferred attributes • PMP certification (added advantage). • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits / site meetings as per project phases. • Leadership potential to manage small to mid-sized projects independently. • Willingness to work in 6 days working company
Role & responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, etc.) Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing. Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis. Work closely with manufacturing, electrical, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance. Review and revise existing designs to improve performance or reduce cost. Conduct design reviews and document all engineering changes. (For ISO Documents) Ensure that designs comply with applicable industry standards and regulations. Maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), design documentation, and product data management systems. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 45 years of experience in mechanical design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Solid Edge) Knowledge of GD&T and materials selection Familiarity with design standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Exposure to or experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a strong advantage. Willingness and ability to travel for technical meetings , client discussions, and on-site support as required. Track record of achieving/exceeding yearly sales targets. Gathering market intelligence on key market developments/competition and reporting periodically to head office. Ability to travel(regional/domestic) 50% of the times. Ability to interface between client requirements and internal stake holders. Must have handled yearly sales quota of min INR 15-20 Crores Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure along with team / individual Highly creative and driven to problem solve Have a willingness to travel and keep a flexible schedule (work on a production schedule) Basic knowledge of manufacturing conditions, job functions, and regulations.
