Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities. Monitor work progress, maintain site records, and prepare progress reports. Ensure timely quality checks, material approvals, and adherence to project timelines. Report regularly to Head Office on project milestones and issues.
