Project Management Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and closure activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site execution for civil, MEP, HVAC, and fit-out works.
• Prepare and review BOQs, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance norms.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, prepare MIS reports, and escalate delays or risks.
• Manage documentation for billing, work orders, approvals, and handover.
• Support vendor identification, contract finalization, and procurement processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of project management practices and tools.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and preferably SAP.
• Experience in MEP, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, or civil works.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites/locations and teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech

  in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.

• PMP or equivalent certification

  (preferred, not mandatory).
• 812 years of relevant experience in

  PMC, EPC, or construction

  domains.
