Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for Project Management- Accounts Payable role: Shift: General (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM) Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement and Project Management Analyst to enhance our accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, project management, and accounts payable. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities in accounts payable - Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure - Analyze and interpret data, derive metrics, and drive actions - Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder expectations Qualifications: - Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - PMP certification (mandatory) - 4-5+ years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in process improvement and project management in Accounts Payable - Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices - Excellent communication skills Preferred Skills: - Six Sigma & Lean certification - Command in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI tools - Proficient in project management tools and software - Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems NOTE: Should have experience in Process improvement/ project management in Accounts Payable and should be PMP certified.
