Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
10+ years’ experience in QA/QC Construction Management. Experience in Semiconductor Cleanroom construction
Demonstrable experience in the managing of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.
Proficient in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Thorough understanding of local building codes and standards
Construction QAQC procedures and practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
Outstanding organization and coordinating skills – ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
Ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.
Strong English ability in speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
