Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. With over 10 years of experience in QA/QC Construction Management, including specific experience in Semiconductor Cleanroom construction, you are well-equipped to excel in this role. Your role will involve managing multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and other relevant industries. Proficiency in project control mechanisms, commercial and technical risk assessments, and a proven track record of successful project delivery are essential. It is crucial to have a thorough understanding of local building codes and standards, as well as construction QAQC procedures and practices. Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills should be excellent, along with the ability to visualize issues and effectively communicate them to others. Your strong organization and coordinating skills will be put to the test as you coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants/Contractors and manage multiple contractors simultaneously. Collaboration and proactivity in a team environment are key aspects of this role. Additionally, a strong command of the English language, both in speaking and writing, is required to effectively communicate with English-speaking engineers.
