Job Description

We are seeking a Project Lead to support the delivery and coordination of small to medium-sized Cloud and Technology projects, both for customers and internal teams. The role is ideal for someone with solid project delivery experience looking to take greater ownership and responsibility across the project lifecycle in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain key project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, highlight reports, and governance artefacts.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project delivery activities, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support resource coordination in a matrix-managed environment.
  • Manage project-related Change Requests with support from senior stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Adhere to CST and corporate policies and procedures throughout the delivery process.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support the design and implementation of cloud and technology solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless handover to operational and support teams at project completion.
  • Support procurement and commercial activities related to project delivery.
  • Facilitate customer acceptance and close-out documentation as part of project closure.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal project management processes and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4 6 years of experience in IT project delivery, ideally in Cloud Hosting, SaaS implementation, or Technology upgrade environments.
  • Familiarity with project governance and structured delivery methodologies.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills with a track record of delivering against project timelines.
  • Effective communicator, able to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and MS Project.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to attain).

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Understanding of Windows / Linux server environments and basic networking concepts.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or regulated environments such as government or enterprise IT.
  • Familiarity with service transition and operational handover processes
