The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities Day to day interaction with the customer Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 10-15 engineers Responsible for timely delivery and quality of deliverable for the team. Manage multiple projects, create proposals, and support the account growth by supporting the sales team Work Experience Required Skills (Technical Competency): Overall 7+ years of experience in software development preferably in Java, Spring Boot and related technologies Minimum of 3 years of proven software development/management experience as an Agile Scrum master or similar role Good understanding of REST API, IPC, communication protocols, data structures etc. Good understanding of Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 and web stack Good understanding of Linux / Unix platform and linux based development Sound technical knowledge and knowledge of latest industry trends Ability to learn new technologies, software and concepts quickly is essential. Ability to influence cross-functional team without formal authority Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills with the ability to multi -task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with diplomacy and tact, including when responding to resistance Ability to work with an optimistic attitude both independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills Desired Skills Experience in Delivering End to End Solutions in the Enterprise Space (Healthcare preferred). Experience in development of Medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform Knowledge in HealthCare Standards ®ulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA Show more Show less
