Job Description

As a Project Lead in the hotel construction industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading project management staff to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and leading project management staff by assigning roles and responsibilities based on expertise and experience. - Ensuring that the team is fully aware of the project execution plan and compliant with project requirements, policies, and procedures. - Acting as the single point of contact for clients and mentoring the team to ensure seamless project delivery. - Supporting and engaging team members during the project procurement process. - Liaising with Consultants, Clients, and Contractors on all project matters. - Reviewing Civil/MEP Services Design proposals and tender documents. - Handling Cost Certification, Quality Management, Schedule & Budget Management, and Closeout Management independently. - Identifying tracking performance, coaching, training needs, and motivating team members. - Directing all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout. - Exhibiting a complete understanding of company's corporate governance policies and procedures. - Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout. - Identifying complex project risks, leading constructability reviews, developing risk mitigation plans, and implementing action plans to reduce project risks. - Overseeing the preparation of accurate and complete reports for clients and the company. - Maintaining relationships with industry associates, vendors, and professional organizations. You should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture - MBA in Project / Construction Management (full time) preferred - 15+ years of prior experience - Corporate client experience is a must Other Skills and Abilities required for this role include: - Creativity and innovation - Effective supervisory and organizational skills - Ability to work in teams and motivate team members - Timely issue resolution - Flexibility, dependability, and adaptability to multifaceted working environments - Consistent delivery of quality projects - Efficient communication skills in both written and oral formats Your experience in the hotel industry with a minimum of 2 end-to-end project deliveries and knowledge of MS Projects will be valuable assets in this role.,
