Project Incharge

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Civil In-Charge to oversee on-site construction activities for real estate projects in Bantala, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily project operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of construction work in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.* Ensure all work is done as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.* Maintain quality control and safety standards at the site.* Monitor material usage and inventory at the project site.* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with management.* Resolve on-site issues and provide quick solutions.* Assist in budget planning and cost control.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 35 years in civil project handling, preferably in real estate.

Skills:

* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Good communication and team management skills. * Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, AutoCAD preferred).

Language: Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi preferred.
