Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Head – Solar Films to lead the project from feasibility to full-scale implementation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in EVA/POE/TPO solar encapsulation film manufacturing and a strong understanding of solar module materials and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the project from viability study to commissioning and production ramp-up.• Lead plant setup, equipment selection, and vendor finalization.• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project execution.• Develop key raw material and equipment vendor relationships.• Define process, quality, and production standards for film manufacturing.• Oversee technology transfer, trials, and performance validation.

Ideal Profile:

• 10–15 years of experience in solar encapsulation film.• Prior experience with EVA/POE/TPO film manufacturing companies is mandatory.• Strong project execution, vendor development, and leadership skills.• Technical background in polymer processing, extrusion, or solar material formulation.

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

Target CTC:

25 to 35 LPA
