Position:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end management of residential/commercial construction projects.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Oversee contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure adherence to design and specifications.
Manage stakeholder communication and client updates.
Mitigate risks and resolve site-level challenges proactively.
Drive team efficiency, mentoring, and performance monitoring.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Civil Engineering.
8 –14 years
of experience in construction project management
(real estate preferred)
.
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management software (
MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
