Project Head - Hospitality & Real Estate Projects - Nepal

As a Project Head for Hospitality & Real Estate Projects at a leading Hospitality Industry in Nepal, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of high-value hospitality and high-rise residential projects in Kathmandu. Your role will require a strategic approach, technical expertise, project management skills, and effective stakeholder coordination to ensure the successful delivery of world-class developments within specified timelines and budget constraints. Your key responsibilities will include leading the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to final handover, managing project plans, monitoring milestones, and ensuring timely completion of all project components. You will be responsible for coordinating between civil and MEP teams, resolving design discrepancies, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize project budgets without compromising on quality. In addition, you will be expected to maintain top-tier quality standards in finishing works, conduct regular site inspections, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Your role will also involve vendor management, contract negotiations, and enforcing compliance obligations to deliver projects in line with international hospitality and luxury residential standards. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or PMP Certification preferred) and have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in managing hospitality and high-rise real estate projects. You should demonstrate expertise in project budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and effective leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams successfully. Prior experience with multinational companies or reputed real estate developers would be advantageous.
