Job Description

As a Project Head in the leading Hospitality Industry in Nepal, your role will involve leading the end-to-end execution of high-value hospitality and high-rise residential projects in Kathmandu. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that world-class developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Project Planning & Execution: - Leading the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization, design coordination, and construction to final handover. - Preparing and managing detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring strict adherence to delivery timelines. - Overseeing site execution of civil, MEP, and finishing works, ensuring all project components are aligned and integrated. - MEP & Civil Coordination: - Ensuring efficient coordination between civil and MEP teams for seamless progress across all stages. - Reviewing and resolving design discrepancies, recommending value engineering options where necessary. - Cost Management: - Developing and controlling project budgets, managing expenditures, and ensuring cost optimization without compromising on quality. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities and minimizing material and labor wastage. - Quality Control & Finishing: - Ensuring top-tier quality in finishing works as per international hospitality and luxury residential standards. - Conducting regular site inspections, maintaining quality checklists, and managing snag lists to ensure flawless delivery. - Stakeholder & Vendor Management: - Acting as the key point of contact for internal leadership, consultants, contractors, legal advisors, and local authorities. - Leading vendor identification, procurement negotiations, and enforcing contract and compliance obligations. - Regulatory Compliance & Safety: - Ensuring adherence to all local building regulations, environmental guidelines, and workplace safety standards. - Liaising with statutory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or PMP Certification preferred). - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience managing hospitality and high-rise real estate projects. - Demonstrated success in delivering projects involving structural, MEP, and interior finishing elements. - Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance systems. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large multi-disciplinary teams. - Prior experience working with multinational companies or reputed real estate developers is highly desirable.,
