What you'll do: We are seeking an experienced Project Head with over 15 years of expertise in residential construction to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple residential projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Job Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and deliver residential construction projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement and ensure optimal resource allocation. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and requirements promptly. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 15+ years of experience in project management, particularly in residential construction projects. Proficiency in project management tools. Strong understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
