Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track service payments for ongoing projects and maintain records.
  • Assist in following up with clients and internal teams for pending payments.
  • Help prepare reports on received, pending, and overdue payments.
  • Support finance and project teams in reconciling accounts and resolving payment issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation to ensure smooth financial operations within Projects Department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
