Key Responsibilities are: To lead a team of engineers and draftsman on project design Solar PV, DC, AC engg. Detailed electrical designs, including power distribution systems, AC and DC circuit layouts, protection systems, and earthing design. Design optimization for yield and cost. Prepare and review design documentation, including design drawings, electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), bill of materials (BOM), and specifications Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, ensuring the design phase is completed within schedule and budget Overall Project Costing for Solar Projects. Evaluate and recommend electrical equipment such as transformers, inverters, switchgear, cables, and other electrical components for project execution Meeting clients for technical doubts clarifications, approvals. Ensuring the engineering activities in time bound period with efficient & effective way. Managing BOM for all kind of procurement items Guiding the procurement team in technical feasibility of vendors Carrying a detailed comparative analysis on technical comparison between bids. Communicating effectively with vendors and vendors drawing reviews Handling the responsibility of expediting drawings/documents approval. Provide technical support during project implementation, addressing any electrical design challenges during construction and commissioning Should have worked on big project sizes

Main responsibilities shall include, but not limited to: Experience in SCADA design and Monitoring of the SOLAR EPC environment. Planning and designing of SCADA along with its Network architecture based on the clients requirement for Solar Power plant. (Minimum knowledge of Microsoft Visio for designing) Proficient with industrial communication protocols, like Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, IEC stds. Minimum knowledge of Electrical components and understand the electrical circuits. Communication of different field devices like SMBs, Inverters, Energy Meters, and Protection relays etc. Maintenance and troubleshooting of SCADA (PLC and server-based) along with WMS. Understand, troubleshoot, document & maintain control networks. Assist with Instrument Location plans, PLC Panel Layouts, I/O Wiring diagrams, Loop Diagrams. Understand the process flow and downstream effects of changes made to systems and identify critical issues with efficiency and experience. Possess understanding in the areas of PLC/HMI programming, data storage, reporting and system design including the ability to implement change. Installation and Commissioning of Weather Station sensors and interfacing it with the SCADA system. Provide technical support to all functional areas to optimize. Good communication skills to Co-ordinate and Assist with Client. Minimum 6+ years of work experience in Renewable energy sector.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to oversee and implement quality systems and processes across our solar EPC projects. The role involves developing and managing quality plans, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and leading QA/QC teams at project sites and vendor locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar energy projects and a solid understanding of ISO, BIS, IEC, and MNRE quality requirements. 1. Support in Quality Documentation & Standards Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining: Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) Field Quality Plan (FQP) Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electrical and civil works Checklists for various construction activities Ensure documents are aligned with IS codes, project specs, and company standards. 2. Data Collection & Reporting Gather quality data, inspection records, and test reports from various sites. Analyse trends in: Non-conformance reports (NCRs) Material test results Site quality issues Help prepare monthly MIS reports , and compliance summaries . 3. Coordination with Site QA/QC Teams Communicate with site quality engineers to: Resolve civil/electrical quality issues Follow up on NCR closures and corrective actions Share updated checklists, SOPs, or drawing revisions 4. Vendor & Material Quality Support Maintain databases for: Approved vendors for civil materials and construction Material test certificates and compliance records Support technical evaluation of vendor-supplied civil components (e.g., precast, RCC, building materials). 5. Internal Audit & Compliance Support internal audit by: Providing necessary quality documents Helping in audit planning and tracking of corrective actions Learn and apply ISO 9001 or similar standards used in EPC quality management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil OR Electrical Engineering with good academic records Skills Required: Strong interpersonal, coordination skills, learning attitude and Good written and verbal communication.
