As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage site operations effectively to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of solar EPC projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and site workers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Resolve on-site challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption and timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree (B. Tech / B.E.) in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical
Minimum 10 years of work experience in solar EPC project execution
Proven experience in customer handling and strong leadership skills.
Ability to manage large, complex projects and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
