Project Executive, Real Estate Design and Delivery

In this role as a Construction Project Manager at Google, you will be at the forefront of Google's physical expansion. You will play a crucial part in a team that handles various responsibilities such as technical due diligence for evaluating real estate options, designing, and supervising the construction of new offices. Your role will involve managing the spatial requirements for a rapidly growing workforce, ensuring that projects are not only completed to Google's high standards but also in a sustainable manner. You will be a key team member involved in the planning and management of real estate projects in India. - Manage and track all lease-related construction details, develop project schedules and budgets, supervise the design and construction of Google's real estate assets, and oversee all real estate projects within the regional portfolio. - Lead internal and external stakeholders towards project goals, ensuring design excellence in delivering ground-up and mixed-use projects from Technical Due Diligence to handover. - Analyze construction agreements, design/engineer appointments, and procurement methodologies, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements in India. - Develop relationships with external consultants and vendors through Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, while demonstrating commercial knowledge of local supply chains. - Utilize design and technical resources to perform financial analysis, budgeting, tracking, and schedule management, including build versus lease and retrofit versus new construction analysis. - Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in leading campus projects from commencement to completion. - Familiarity with local statutory norms and regulations, particularly in a special economic zone (SEZ). - Knowledge of the Indian construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of corporate design/construction.,
