Project Executive

We are looking for a proactive Project Executive who can seamlessly manage day-to-day operations from spare inventory planning to technician performance tracking, vendor management and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive timely execution
by coordinating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor spare parts inventory based on consumption trends, lead times, and safety stock logic.


• Track technician performance metrics (TAT, PMS completion, first-time fix, attendance, etc.) and ensure adherence to SLA timelines.


• Assign service calls and ensure on-time job closure with quality checks.


• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, brand, logistics,vendors) for spare approvals, PO follow-ups, and escalations.


• Communicate directly with customers/clients to update job status, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth service experience.


• Maintain and update daily service trackers and dashboards.


• Identify and escalate operational roadblocks or delays to the right stakeholders for quick resolution.


• Support preventive maintenance planning and ensure proper documentation through service apps or reports.


• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.


• 1-2 years of experience in operations, field coordination, or spare planning (preferably gym/fitness, appliance, or equipment industry).


• Strong understanding of technical components, spare management, and service workflows.


• Good communication and customer-handling skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, service CRMs (Darwin, Zoho, etc.), and reporting tools.


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and drive performance under tight timelines.
