Job Summary:

EGT Eco Green Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Project Engineer with proven experience in executing Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of turnkey water and wastewater treatment projects across Tamil Nadu and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution of WTP/STP/ETP/RO/UF/DM/ZLD system projects.
• Planning and scheduling project activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, P&ID, GA diagrams, and layout plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal design & procurement teams.
• Monitor on-site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPR, handover reports, and snag lists.
• Manage procurement of project materials and site inventory.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement practical on-site solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience: 2–7 years in water/wastewater treatment project execution.
• Strong knowledge of equipment like pumps, blowers, valves, pipelines, dosing systems, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding technical documentation.
• Familiarity with modern technologies like SBR, MBBR, MBR, ZLD, and PLC/SCADA-based systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project locations.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Compensation:

• Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
