Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution Planning:

1. Plan & prepare project execution schedule at site level.

• Project Execution & Installation:

1. Overseeing installation of solar systems on-site.
2. Ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
3. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients.
4. Maintain Health Safety & Environental standard during project execution.

• Quality Control & Compliance

1. Monitor material delivery and quality compliance.

2. Inspecting system components and installation quality.

3. Ensuring all work adheres to technical standards and safety regulations.

Managing documentation for project compliances.

• Plant Testing, Commissioning & Performance Monitoring

1. Testing & Commissioning of systems and verifying performance metrics of the plant.
2. Analysing system output and troubleshooting if any underperformance observed.

• Coordination & reporting

1. Communicating progress and technical details with clients as and when required during.
2. Share daily job status to the reporting manager.

• Documentation

1. Prepare and maintains documentation of projects required at site level.

• Site Survey (Pre-sales)

1. Pre sales site survey & preparation of site survey report.

• Site Survey (Post-sales)

1.Conduct detailed site survey and assist in report preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Project execution for solar Rooftop/ground mount projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV system components (inverters, SCB, HT panels, switchgear, etc.).
• Familiar with SLDs, execution drawings, and testing protocols.
