Project Engineer - Solar

Sr. Project Engineer - Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects.
• Oversee site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical installation works.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved design, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with EPC teams, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Monitor material movement, logistics, and site inventory.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of PV system design, layouts, foundations, and electrical balance of systems.
• Proficiency in project planning, site management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote or challenging site conditions.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Jr. Project Engineer - Role & responsibilities

• Assist in execution of ground-mounted solar projects.

• Supervise contractors and ensure quality & safety compliance.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of PV systems, site drawings, and installation procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Willingness to work in field conditions and travel across project sites
