Skills:

Project Management, Engineering Design, Risk Assessment, Quality Control, Problem Solving, Customer Relationship Management (CRM),. Position Overview. As a Project Engineer ( Plastic Injection Molding Related ), you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making processes.

Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical drawings.

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project implementation.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Support the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure project compliance with standards and regulations.

Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and proposing solutions.

Adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications. Bachelor's degree or related field.

2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).

Knowledge of Injection Molding / Manufacturing Industry is a plus.

Should have customer handling experience.

Must have experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry. Should have the knowledge of tool making and die casting processes.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
