Modular building Pre cast Solutions, LGSF ,EPS Panel Framing Experience required A Project Engineer with LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) modular experience is responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects using modular construction techniques, particularly those involving LGSF. They act as a liaison between design, fabrication, and construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering the specific requirements of modular construction and LGSF. Fabrication Coordination: Works closely with fabricators to ensure that LGSF components are manufactured according to project specifications and quality standards. Site Supervision: Oversees the installation and assembly of modular units on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and construction codes. Quality Control: Conducts inspections to verify the quality of LGSF components and modular units, identifying and resolving any issues. Budget Management: Tracks project expenses, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and ensures projects are completed within budget. Problem-Solving: Addresses technical challenges and resolves issues that arise during the fabrication and installation processes. Documentation: Maintains detailed records of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and inspection reports. Team Leadership: May supervise and coordinate the work of other team members, including construction workers and subcontractors. Communication: Communicates effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, designers, fabricators, and construction personnel. Safety: Ensures compliance with safety regulations and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of LGSF construction, modular building systems, and relevant building codes. Project Management Skills: Experience in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and motivate construction teams. Technical Proficiency: Experience with construction software and documentation tools. Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
