Project Engineer (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets for mechanical projects.
• Team Management: Leading and motivating project teams, including mechanical engineers, designers, and contractors.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Schedule Management: Tracking project progress and ensuring projects are completed on time.
• Scheduling and Calendar Management:Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Correspondence Handling:Managing emails, letters, and other forms of communication, drafting responses, and distributing information as needed.
• Meeting Support:Preparing for meetings, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
• Confidentiality:Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintaining privacy.
• Event Planning:Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, both internal and external.

Skills Required:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Project Management Skills: Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Adaptability:Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems and processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
