Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in India. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with Operations Manager, field technicians, and clients to deliver successful implementations, oversee equipment manufacturing, ensure smooth and efficient processes, optimize productivity, and contribute to the company's overall success. The ideal candidate has excellent technical and coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.

The candidate should be based anywhere in Punjab.

Responsibilities

Lead various operations and project management activities including, but not limited to:

• Oversee equipment manufacturing with contract manufacturers.
• Lead carbon projects implementations with clients including equipment installation, training and data collection at client sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics for various projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of various operations activities including inventory management, procurement, and client management.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Proactively identify operational challenges and issues, working towards timely resolution, and escalating critical matters to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any undergraduate degree program in (mechanical) engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as Project Engineer including field experience
• Passion for climate and sustainability
• Willingness to travel >50% of the time
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
