Project Engineer

Job Description

Budget and Cost Management: Developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and managing expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget. Time Management and Scheduling: Creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating potential delays. Team Leadership and Coordination: Managing and coordinating various teams, including architects, contractors, engineers, and consultants, to ensure project goals are met. Quality Control: Monitoring construction quality, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and resolving any issues that arise. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, addressing their concerns, and ensuring project success. Site Visits and Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing and presenting project progress reports to senior management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
